Secretary Services

Corporate Secretary Package
All-inclusive package at a fixed price Includes company name reservation, company registration, issuance of constitution and share certificate. Includes:
  • Unlimited number of resolutions for non-routine services like change of company name or registered address, Appointment / Resignation of a Director, Corporate Secretary or Auditor, distribution of dividends
  • Corporate secretary routine annual filing and AGM preparation
  • Annual Filing government fee (S$60)
For 1 Year – S$300 For 2 Years – S$550 (Save S$50) For 3 Years – S$800 (Save S$100) For 4 Years – S$1000 (Save S$200)

Accounting & Taxation

Simple transparent pricing. Monthly fee depends on the number of transactions. Every payment from or deposit into the bank account is counted as one transaction.

First 10 transactions a month – S$100 Per Month

Any subsequent 20 transactions a month – S$100  Per Month

(For GST and/or Audited Company, monthly fee will double) Includes:
  • Support for accounting and tax matters
  • Compulsory statutory obligations
  • Compilation of unaudited financial report
  • Xero cloud accounting software setup and subscription

Initial GST Registration – S$500 (One Time) A company which 12-month revenue exceeds 1 million should be registered as Goods and Services Tax (GST) payer. No worries, we watch this.

Payroll & HR

Payroll outsource service – S$25 (Per Person Per Month) Includes the following monthly activity:
  • Payroll calculation for your employees (basic salary, overtime, bonus, etc.)
  • Calculation and submission of statutory contributions (CPF, SDL, FWL, etc.)
  • Xero pay run preparation
  • Payslips issuance via email
  • Bank transfer preparation (optional)
